How far in advance should I book a photography session?

I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for real estate and hospitality shoots, especially during peak seasons. However, I can often accommodate shorter notice for urgent projects — just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

What's included in your real estate photography packages?
All packages include professional photography, HDR processing, color correction, and high-resolution edited images delivered via online gallery. Turnaround time is typically 2-3 days for real estate, with same-day rush delivery available upon request.
Do you provide photography services outside Cape Town?
Yes! While I’m based in Cape Town, I’m available for shoots throughout the Western Cape and can travel further for larger projects. Travel fees may apply depending on location and project scope.
What happens if weather doesn't cooperate for outdoor shoots?
For properties with important outdoor spaces, I always check weather forecasts and will suggest rescheduling if conditions aren’t ideal. There’s no rescheduling fee for weather-related changes made with reasonable notice.
Can I request specific shots or styling for my property?
Absolutely! I welcome your input and specific requests. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, must-have shots, and any styling preferences. My goal is to capture your property exactly as you want it presented.
How do I receive my edited photographs?
Images are delivered via a secure private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. You’ll receive full download rights for personal and commercial use as outlined in your package.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before your scheduled session receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit, though rescheduling is always possible up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.
