This is an add-on service that complements any of our main photography packages.
Included when possible
Booking Policies
1. Booking & Deposit
To secure your session, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or before image delivery.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of any paid balance except the deposit. Cancellations less than 7 days before the shoot forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the session date, subject to availability.
3. Session Duration & Location
Sessions are scheduled for the agreed time and duration (usually 1-2 hours depending on service). For outdoor shoots, please be prepared for weather changes; rescheduling due to severe weather will be accommodated.
4. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within the promised turnaround time: 2-3 days for Real Estate, same-day or next day for Lifestyle, 7-10 days for Portraits. Delivery timelines start after the shoot date and receipt of full payment.
5. Usage Rights & Licensing
Clients receive a standard license to use the images for personal or commercial use as agreed (e.g. website, social media, brochures). Extended licensing for advertising, packaging, or resale is available upon request and may incur additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
For location shoots, clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring any necessary permissions for private locations. Please inform in advance of any special requests or accessibility needs.
7. COVID-19 & Health Safety
Sessions will follow current health guidelines to ensure the safety of all parties. If either party is unwell, sessions can be rescheduled without penalty.
